Each month, Central Florida Intergroup publishes "NEW BEGINNINGS," our monthly newsletter in which we share inspirational writings, notify members of local events or service opportunities, and share information relevant to 12 step recovery from compulsive eating in Central Florida. You'll find that most intergroups and OA service bodies will publish similar newsletters.

The links at left will take you to the latest editions of New Beginnings, as well as those of World Service and Region 8. We've also linked to the annual "Courier", a newsletter geared towards health care professionals and educators. Why not print one out and bring it to your next doctor's visit as a conversation starter about your OA recovery. There's also a link to a sample 'Lifeline' which is the OA magazine published by World Service.
